In the role, Constantinides will lead the day-to-day running of the business and, as a member of the board, contribute to its strategic direction, and handle negotiations with AssetMax’s clients and vendors.
Constantinides is a qualified lawyer, chartered accountant and tax advisor, formerly of PwC. He is a member of the Cyprus Institute of Directors and Corporate Governance, and brings senior executive experience running a Cyprus-regulated fiduciary business, including at Chief Operating Officer level.
